I'm Harriet, The founder of Behold Events.

I started this business back in 2018, as a way to combine my passion for the events industry and 10 years experience in project coordination... and it's had my heart ever since!

I understand the time and energy that goes into planning a successful event, whether that be a corporate get together, charity ball or a wedding.The journey often begins with excitement, but it can quickly become overwhelming as you manage multiple vendors and coordinate timelines.

ON THE DAY

WHAT YOU'LL GET

A Consultation 7 days prior to your big day where we can discuss the schedule, share supplier details and iron out any concerns you may have.
Assistance with the set up the day prior to your event.
Coordination throughout the entirety of your event.

An on-the-day wedding coordinator makes sure your day is everything you dreamt; calmly administering every aspect, without getting in the way or making a fuss. They’ll make sure the day is all about you, resolving issues as they arise, so that you don’t even notice them. Meticulous attention to detail, a cool calm demeanor and an unflusterable disposition are the basic make up of a great coordinator.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

A Consultation 6 weeks prior to your big day where we can discuss the schedule, share supplier details and iron out any concerns you may have.
We will liaise with your suppliers and venue to arrange logistics such as timescales, final invoices and on-the-day coordination.
I will be available via phone and email for the 6 weeks leading up to your event.
Assistance with the set up the day prior to your event.
Coordination throughout the entirety of your event.

THE LEAD UP

This package has been designed for couples who have organised their own wedding, but would like some support for the final 6 weeks leading up to the event.

The last 6 weeks can be the most stressful, with suppliers chasing you for final payment, the venue asking about your order of the day and guests needing help with accommodation.

THE FULL WORKS

Our Full wedding planning package has been created for couples who would like the start to finish event coordination experience.

On average, a wedding will take over 500 hours to organise, which can be difficult to comprehend and impossible to achieve alongside the modern day busy lifestyle.

This option will allow you to leave the stress and coordination to us, whilst still being involved in the enjoyable experiences such as wine tasting and bridal showers.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

A Consultation up to 24 months before your planned date.
A bespoke digital booklet to include a mood board, suggested venues, vendors, locations and much more.
I will keep a detailed spend tracker to ensure we are sticking within your budget.
Assistance arranging your hen/stag.
I will be by your side throughout your journey, booking and attending blue visits, arranging tastings with vendors and keeping you up to date with local wedding fairs.
Full coordination on the lead up and throughout the day.
